We have developed PlantMod for research and university teaching in plant, crop and pasture science. PlantMod is a suite of biophysical simulation models of photosynthesis and respiration, transpiration, temperature and the energy balance in plants and plant canopies.

PlantMod is free but requires a serial number for full access to all of the program features.

An evaluation copy is available for download.


The canopy photosynthesis component of PlantMod has recently been published in the Annals of Botany:
